Most orders are shipped same-day.  All items are in-stock, and extras are warehoused.  If something is found to be damaged or not shippable when we're filling your order, we'll make every effort to attain a replacement.  If no replacement is available, we'll notify you ASAP.  This rarely occurs, as we can always reproduce any item in house.
